Vancouver, BC – TheNewswire –March 1, 2024 – Element79 GoldCorp (CSE:ELEM) (OTC:ELMGF)(FSE:7YS) (“Element79 Gold”, the “Company”) is pleased to announce that the Company’s principalregulator, the British Columbia Securities Commission (“ BCSC “) has liftedthe Management Cease Trade Order (“ MCTO “) it hadpreviously granted the Company on January 2, 2024 under NationalPolicy 12-203 Management Cease Trade Orders (“ NP 12-203 “), as theCompany has now successfully completed all requisite filings for itsAnnual and Interim Financials. Revoking the MCTO means members ofmanagement are no longer prevented from trading the Company’s commonshares.
