Ellen Cooper has assumed the role of President and CEO at Lincoln Financial Group (NYSE:LNC), succeeding Dennis Glass, who now serves as chairman of the board. Cooper was named CEO-elect in August 2021 after 10 years as a Lincoln executive, serving most recently as executive vice president, chief investment officer, head of Enterprise Risk and the Annuity Solutions group, and a member of the Lincoln Financial Foundation board. She will also join the company's board of directors.
