ELLO - Ellomay Capital acquires biogas facility in Netherlands

Ellomay Capital (ELLO) has acquired all issued and outstanding shares of Groen Gas Gelderland B.V. through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Ellomay Luxembourg Holdings S.à.r.l.Ellomay paid €1.568M for the shares and the repayment of shareholder loans. The previous owners are entitled to receive ~€0.493M in additional amount from the Dutch Government for subsidy payments. Final amount will be determined and paid before June 2021. GG Gelderland owns an operating anaerobic digestion plant in Netherlands, with a permit that enables it to produce ~7.5M Nm3 per year. The actual production capacity of the plant is ~9.5M Nm3 per year.The Company purchased the plant to complement its biogas operations in the Netherlands.
