BABYF - Else Nutrition grants stock options

Else Nutrition (OTCQX:BABYF) granted 962,475 incentive stock options to purchase common shares exercisable at a price of C$1.65/share for five years from the date of grant to certain directors, officers, employees and consultants. The options are granted in line with the company’s 10% rolling stock option plan and are subject to vesting schedules, of which 787,475 options will be released equally each month over 3 years from grant date and 175K options will be released equally each fiscal quarter over 2 years period from the vesting commencement date. Led by the stock option grants, the company has 7.8M stock options issued, representing 7.48% of the currently issued and outstanding common shares.
