FLGC - Elshad Garayev is the new finance chief of Flora Growth
- Flora Growth ( NASDAQ: FLGC ) taps former Amazon executive Elshad Garayev to serve as CFO succeeding Lee Leiderman.
- The transition will be effective on the business day following the date on which the company files its mid-year financial results, until such time, Mr. Garayev will serve as VP of Finance and will work closely with Lee Leiderman.
- Mr. Leiderman will then move into an advisory role with the company in order to focus on his health and his family.
- Prior to joining the company, Garayev served in a variety of financial leadership roles at companies such as Amazon, Boeing BP and RPK Capital.
