AAL - Embraer receives orders from American Airlines Binter Avalon

Embraer ( NYSE: ERJ ) on Tuesday said at the Paris Air Show that it received orders for its E-Jets from American Airlines ( AAL ), Canary Islands airline Binter and aircraft leasing company Avolon. The deals have a total value of more than $1.5 billion based on list prices.
Leasing company Avolon signed a sale and leaseback agreement with Canada's Porter Airlines, which already was an Embraer ( ERJ ) customer, for 10 E195-E2 planes that have a total list price of $841.2 million before customary discounts.
Embraer ( ERJ ) said Binter ordered six E195-E2 aircraft for a total of $504.7 million at list prices. The order will bring its E2 fleet to 16 when the planes are delivered.
American Airlines ( AAL ) ordered seven E175 planes valued at $403.4 million for its Envoy Air unit, according to Embraer ( ERJ ), which is based in Brazil.
