EMCF - Emclaire Financial Corp Announces 3.6% Increase in Quarterly Dividend

EMLENTON, Pa., Feb. 20, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Board of Directors of Emclaire Financial Corp (NASDAQ: EMCF), the parent holding company of the Farmers National Bank of Emlenton, declared a quarterly cash dividend on February 20, 2019 of $0.29 per common share payable on March 22, 2019, to shareholders of record on March 4, 2019.  The $0.29 per share quarterly dividend represents a 3.6% increase from the $0.28 per common share dividend declared and paid each quarter during 2018.  This quarterly dividend reflects an annualized dividend yield of 3.8% based on the stock’s closing price of $30.40 per share on February 19, 2019.
