Eminent Gold (OTCPK:EMGDF) announced Tuesday the private stock offering of C$1.25M, comprising of 2.78M units priced at C$0.45 each. Each unit will comprise of 1 common share and 1 share purchase warrant, exercisable to purchase second share at a price of $0.75 within a period of 3-year.
