Empire Petroleum (OTCQB:EMPR) announced NYSE has approved the listing of common stock to NYSE American; trading ticker will change to "EP". Both the changes will be effective on Mar.8, 2022, after market opens. Also effective with the uplisting, Empire will reverse split its common shares at a ratio of 1:4 as earlier approved by Empire stockholders. The reverse stock split will reduce the number of shares from ~79.5M to ~19.9M shares.
