EPWCF - Empower Clinics announces CAD$2M share offering

  • Empower Clinics ( OTC:EPWCF ) said it would offer CAD$2M of common shares and common share purchase warrants at $0.03 per unit.
  • Each Unit would comprise of one common share and one common share purchase warrant. Each Warrant will be exercisable to acquire an additional Share at an exercise price of $0.075 per Share for a period of 24 months from the date of issue.
  • The Company will offer a minimum of 66.67M units and a maximum of 166.67M for gross proceeds of between CAD$2M and CAD$5M.
  • The Offering is expected to close in one or more tranches with the first tranche on or about February 3.
