SSRM - EMX Royalty: A Game-Changing Acquisition

• EMX acquires a portfolio of 18 royalties from SSR Mining for up to $100 million.
• The most advanced asset, Gediktepe mine, should get into production by the end of this year and it should generate around $35 million for EMX over the next two years.
• The second most advanced asset should get into production over the coming years and based on some dated data, it should be generating around $12.5 million per year on average.
• Not only the new royalty on Gediktepe, but also the old royalties on Balya and Timok-Cukaru Peki should start generating cash flows by the end of this year, which should boost EMX's share price.
• I believe that if everything goes well, EMX may exceed the $400 million market capitalization easily by the end of this year.
