EHC - Encompass Health announces leadership transition at Home Health and Hospice unit

April Anthony, CEO of Home Health and Hospice business at Encompass Health ([[EHC]] -2.1%) is stepping down effective mid-June 2021, the company announced today."Throughout our more than six years working together, April has provided outstanding leadership to the home health and hospice business," commented Mark Tarr CEO of Encompass Health.With a solid foundation in place to facilitate the leadership transition at the unit, the company has begun the search for his successor, Mr. Tarr added.“It's been my honor to lead Encompass Health's home health and hospice segment,” noted Ms. Anthony adding, “I look forward to working together over the coming months to achieve a successful transition."As announced in December, Encompass Health is currently evaluating strategic alternatives for the unit.
