DAVA - Endava acquires Australian technology consulting firm Lexicon Digital

Endava ( NYSE: DAVA ) said Thursday it acquired Lexicon Digital , a technology consulting, design and engineering firm based in Melbourne, Australia.
Terms were not disclosed.
Lexicon has 127 billable staff in Australia, with offices in Melbourne and Sydney, and Vietnam.
The acquisition boosts DAVA's presence in Australia and provides it with a nearshore delivery location in Vietnam, which complements its existing operations in Singapore and Malaysia.
