EDR - Endeavor Group nears high on report of $750M bids for movie studio unit

Endeavor Group (NYSE:EDR) neared session highs, up 2.9%, on a report that its studio Endeavor Content received bids in the second round of an auction that value the unit at more than $750M. Three private equity firms and two strategic bidders are expected to make offers for the studio, which is behind TV series such as "Killing Eve" and "Nine Perfect Strangers," according to a CNBC report. A winning bidder for the unit may be chosen by Endeavor's earnings report on Nov. 15, according to the report. Recall late August, UFC parent firm Endeavor Group's stock pops following IPO.
