  • O'Shea remains on Enstar's ( ESGR ) board as a non-employee director.
  • The insurer named Paul Brockman as COO and will also continue in his role as chief claims officer, which he has held since September 2020.
  • Matthew Kirk has been appointed CFO to replace Gregory. Kirk joined Enstar ( ESGR ) in 2020 as group treasurer.
  • Earlier, the company reported Q4 results .
