  • Entegris ( NASDAQ: ENTG ) on Tuesday said it had appointed Linda LaGorga as CFO, succeeding Greg Graves.
  • The appointment would be effective May 15, ENTG said in a statement .
  • LaGorga will join ENTG from Honeywell ( HON ), where she served as VP and CFO of one of the industrial conglomerate's businesses.
  • ENTG earlier this year in January had announced the retirement of current CFO Greg Graves.
  • Entegris ( ENTG ) stock earlier closed +0.4% at $76.49.
