According to a regulatory filing, on April 6, 2022, Todd Edlund, EVP and COO of Entegris (NASDAQ:ENTG) announced his intention to retire from the company after nearly 30 years of service. Edlund's retirement is anticipated to be effective in connection with the closing of the company's acquisition of CMC Materials (CCMP) and currently does not expect this leadership structure to include the role of COO. The CMC Transaction is expected to be in the 2H of 2022.
