Entegris' (NASDAQ:ENTG) wholly-owned subsidiary, Entegris Escrow plans to offer senior secured notes due 2029. Net proceeds along with borrowings under its earlier announced senior unsecured bridge facility and senior secured first lien term loan B facility and cash on hand to be used for financing a portion of the cash consideration for the earlier announced merger with CMC Materials.
