EVC - Entravision closes acquisition of MediaDonuts

Entravision Communications (EVC) has closed its acquisition of MediaDonuts. That deal, reached less than a month ago, marks the media company's expansion into Southeast Asia. MediaDonuts has operations across seven countries in the region: Singapore, Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia and India, a footprint comprising nearly 700M people. MediaDonuts maintains strategic partnerships with companies including Twitter, TikTok, Spotify, Criteo and more. With the deal's closing, Entravision now serves digital customers across 33 countries.
