EVC - Entravision moving into Southeast Asia with MediaDonuts acquisition

Entravision Communications (EVC) is acquiring MediaDonuts, a digital market performance/branding company focused on the Asia-Pacific region. Singapore-based MediaDonuts has operations across seven countries in the Southeast Asia region - Singapore, Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia and India - which represents a new consumer market for Entravision (of nearly 700M people, 400M of which are digitally connected). All employees will remain with the company, and MediaDonuts CEO Pieter-Jan de Kroon will continue to lead the business. Financial terms weren't disclosed, but the deal is expected to close July 1.
