- EnviroGold Global ( OTC:ESGLF ) has announced a non-brokered private placement of unsecured convertible notes to raise gross proceeds up to $2.15M .
- Pursuant to the terms, the subscribers may at any time prior to the Maturity Date convert the principal amounts of the Notes into common shares, at a price of $0.25/Common Share.
- Proceeds from the Financing will be used to provide additional working capital and fund additional expenses of the Company.
- The Financing is expected to close on or about June 5, 2023 and will be completed with two investor groups.
