EOG - EOG out with Western Anadarko basin asset sale

According to a teaser on Detring Energy Advisor's website, EOG (NYSE:EOG) is marketing 37k net acres in the Western Anadarko Basin. The assets are set to generate $37m of operating cash flow at strip prices, and carry a PV10 of $146m. EOG was upgraded this morning by Truist, as the analyst cited increased shareholder return potential; non-core asset sales will likely help with distributions, though the price tag is unlikely to move the needle materially for EOG.
