Good afternoon and welcome to the Equinix Fourth Quarter Earnings Conference Call. [Operator Instructions] Also, today's conference is being recorded. If anyone has objections, please disconnect at this time.
I'd now like to turn the call over to Chip Newcom, Senior Director of Investor Relations. Sir, you may begin.

Good afternoon and welcome to today's conference call. Good afternoon and welcome to our fourth quarter earnings call. We had a solid close to 2023 as digital transformation and accelerating AI demand drove a record quarter for xScale leasing, robust pricing dynamics and continued momentum across our data center and digital services portfolios. For the full year, we delivered more than $8 billion of revenues, eclipsing 21 years of consecutive quarterly growth, all while driving AFFO per share performance above the top end of our long-term expectations....
