EQNR - Equinor closes share capital reduction through share buy-back
- Equinor ( NYSE: EQNR ) completed its share capital reduction by NOK 205.5M from NOK 8.14B to NOK 7.94B through the deletion or redemption of 82.2M shares.
- This is also in line with its share buy-back programme which was executed by Equinor in three tranches in the period July 28, 2021 until Mar.25, 2022.
