STOHF - Equinor: Strong Earnings And Some Forward Potential

• Equinor showed considerable improvements compared to its performance in 2020.
• This is not something that we are surprised by given that the price for crude oil has increased substantially over the past year.
• The company managed to deliver some year-over-year production growth and is positioned to continue this going forward.
• The company's renewable energy unit showed some improvements but it does still remain a drag on the company. This could be corrected soon though.
• The company once again saw positive reserve developments after the disappointing performance last year, but it still needs to keep working on this.
