Ericsson ( ERIC ) is a major swedish company, perhaps one of the most well-known swedish investments out there in terms of companies that investors look at. I have been positive about Ericsson for my last two articles but made it equally clear that my own way of investing in Ericsson is owning it through the investment company Investor AB ( IVSXF ). This investment company owns a large part of Ericsson by itself, and I have not seen the point in actually going for the native ticker ERIC instead of this.

However - I personally invest not in ERIC but in the investment company Investor AB. By doing so, I get exposure to Ericsson, but also to a whole other host of great businesses, and in doing so I diversify my holdings and my risk. Investor AB is currently at a discount to NAV, so makes for a good investment, all things considered.
