ERYP - Erytech inks $30M stock sales deal with Cowen

ERYTECH Pharma (ERYP) inks at-the-market sales agreement with Cowen for the sale of ordinary shares in the form of American Depositary Shares (ADSs) for gross sales proceeds of up to $30M.The ATM program will be effective until September 21, 2023, unless terminated prior to such date. Net proceeds will be used to fund R&D of its product candidates, for working capital and general corporate purposes.
