ESAB - ESAB launches underwritten offering of 6M shares

ESAB ( NYSE: ESAB ) has launched an underwritten offering of 6M shares, owned by Enovis.
Enovis is former parent of the industrial machinery company.
Enovis intends to exchange ESAB shares for indebtedness of Enovis, with the shares to be owned by Goldman Sachs & Co. or an affiliate thereof. Goldman Sachs is then expected to sell these shares to the underwriters in connection with the public offering.
