DEO - Euronext Paris approves Diageo shares' delisting

Diageo ( NYSE: DEO ) said on Tuesday that the board of Euronext Paris has approved the delisting of its shares from the stock exchange.
The delisting is anticipated to take effect on May 26.
The beverage alcohol company had taken the decision to delist after a review of the trading volumes, costs and administrative requirements for the listing.
The company said its listing on the London Stock Exchange and the NYSE will not be impacted.
