EUXTF - Euronext: The Most Likely Suitor For Borsa Italiana

The London Stock Exchange (LNSTY) is in the process of buying Refinitiv from Blackstone (BX) and Thomson Reuters (TRI). To get regulatory approval to get the deal closed, some divestment is needed. Most notably LSE's Italian assets are on offer. Euronext (EUXTF) seems, in conjunction with the Italian State, the prime contender. This catalyst would make Euronext a buy.
