FLIY - European markets edge higher ahead of US inflation data

The pan-European Stoxx 600 edged 0.33% higher, with tech stocks adding gains as most sectors and major bourses nudged into positive territory. Travel and leisure stocks slipped. The European blue chip index closed out Tuesday’s session 0.7% higher, with construction and material stocks leading gains.

Coming up in the session: Investors await a key U.S. inflation reading later in the day.

In the bond market, the U.S. 10-year Treasury yield was down 4 basis points to 3.95%.

Germany's 10-year yield was down 4 basis points to 2.61%.

U.K.'s 10-year yield was down 6 basis points at 4.61%.
