FLIY - European markets open higher keeping the mood tepid after the ECB announcement

The pan-European Stoxx 600 edged +0.42% higher , gains were led by defensive healthcare stocks at the end of a week dominated by major central bank policy decisions.

Germany's 10-year yield was up 3 basis points to 2.53%.

U.K.'s 10-year yield was up 3 basis points to 4.41%.
