VWAPY - European Union passenger car registrations rose 10.4% in June
European Union car registrations rose 10.4% Y/Y in June to 1.05M units, followed by 53.4% rise in May.Registrations in Germany advanced +24.5%, followed by Spain +17.1%, Italy +12.6% whereas France saw decline of 14.7% for the month.On YTD basis, demand for passenger cars increased by 25.2% to 5.4M units.European Union June registration +22.5% for Volkswagen (VWAGY), +10.3% for Stellantis (STLA), -17.9% for Renault (RNSDF), +47.2% for Hyundai (HYMLF), +16.1% for BMW (BMWYY), -11.3% for Daimler (DMLRY), -8.9% for Ford (F), +36.1% for Toyota (TM), -15.4% for Honda (HMC), -6% for Volvo (VOLAF), -18% for Nissan (NSANY) and +35% for Mazda (MZDAY).Source: ACEA
