The past month saw another strong result for EV sales reported for June.
Of interest was that as of the end of June 2025, China's market share for NEVs is now 50% YTD - That is, one in every two cars sold in China is an EV. Meanwhile, USA EV sales are going backwards (down 8.4% in June), with market share still below 10% (9.04% in June).

Global plugin electric car sales were over 1.8 million in June 2025, up 22% on June 2024 sales. Global plugin electric car market share in June was 28% and 24% YTD (for 2025)....
