Everi Holdings (NYSE:EVRI) has acquired certain strategic assets of privately-owned marketing platform provider, XUVI, to enhance its loyalty technology capabilities. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. The acquisition was funded from existing cash on hand. XUVI's BEAMSTUDIO marketing platform provides real-time predictive and actionable insights to augment marketing with targeted campaigns. The platform is expected to support Everi's current QuikMarketing capabilities.
