EVRI - Everi plans $400M notes offering

Everi Holdings ([[EVRI]] -1.0%) is planning to offer $400M senior unsecured notes due 2029 in a private offering. Following the closing of the notes offering, the company intends to enter new credit facilities, the proceeds of which, along with cash on hand, are expected to be used to repay in full the remaining outstanding debt under its existing credit facilities.The company intends to use the proceeds from the notes offering to redeem in full its 7.50% senior unsecured notes due 2025, and upon closing of the credit facility refinancing, to repay a portion of debt outstanding under its existing credit facilities.The conclusion of the notes offering is not subject to the consummation of the credit facility refinancing.
