I thought Exor (EXXRF) shares were trading at a reasonable, but not cheap, price when I last wrote about the company in February, based on an estimated net asset value of $108 per share and an equivalent share price for the Milan traded shares of about $80. Three major changes to the portfolio were pending or in the works: a sale of reinsurer PartnerRe for $9 billion to Covea, a merger between Fiat Chrysler (FCAU) and Peugeot (PEUGF), and a separation of CNH Industrial (CNHI) into two businesses.
