EYPT - EyePoint Pharma secures $100M capital raise via equity offering

EyePoint Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ:EYPT) has priced its public offering of ~4M shares of common stock at $13.75/share and pre-funded warrants to purchase up to 3,272,727 common shares at $13.74/each pre-funded warrant. Expected gross proceeds are ~$100.3M. Underwriters' over-allotment is an additional ~1.1M shares. Net proceeds will be used for advancement of EYP-1901, as well as support other earlier stage pipeline development initiatives, and for general corporate purposes. Closing date is November 19, 2021. Shares down 5.6% after-hours. Yesterday's close was $14.05. Recently, the company also reported positive EYP-1901 data for treatment of wet AMD.
