$7 Billion of Cumulative Sales Provides Meaningful Diversification and Scale Benefits

F&G's momentum continued in 2024 with a record $2.2 billion of PRT sales, a 15% increase over 2023. 2025 is off to a solid start with an additional $300 million of PRT sales in the first quarter. Since entering into the PRT market in 2021, F&G has executed over 30 transactions serving more than 125,000 participants, including beneficiaries.
