TIMBERVILLE, VA / ACCESSWIRE / October 23, 2019 / F & M Bank Corp. (OTCQX:FMBM), parent company of Farmers & Merchants Bank, announces its recently declared third quarter dividend.

Mark Hanna, President, commented "On October 18, 2019, our Board of Directors declared a third quarter dividend of $0.26 per share. Based on our most recent trade price of $26.00 per share, this dividend constitutes a 4.00% yield on an annualized basis. The dividend will be paid on November 15, 2019, to shareholders of record as of November 1, 2019."
