FFIV - F5 Networks Earnings: The Case For An Acquisition
F5 Networks (FFIV) released the fiscal Q1 2019 results. As expected, the revenue grew at a slow pace. While going away from the legacy hardware on-premise business, the company is transitioning into the cloud and security areas.
But F5 needs an acquisition to speed up the revenue growth and the transition to the cloud and security markets.
Considering the capital structure and the transformation of the businesses, an acquisition is becoming more and more likely. And A10 Networks (ATEN) seems to be an adequate candidate.
