(“ Fairchild ” or the“ Company ”) (TSXV:FAIR) ispleased to announce that Steven Cozine has joined the Company as amember of the Board of Directors, as well as taking on the role ofCorporate Secretary and sitting as a member of Fairchild’s AuditCommittee. Mr. Cozine’s appointments follow the resignation ofMichel Lebeuf from those positions. Mr. Lebeuf is a highly regardedcorporate and securities lawyer who has worked extensively with theCompany’s management team – including Mr. Cozine on other ventures– and will remain as the Company’s legal counsel.
