FDMSF - Fandom Sports to raise C$5M in a non-brokered private placement

Fandom Sports Media ([[FDMSF]] -7.0%) intends to complete a non-brokered private placement for gross proceeds of up to C$5M through the issuance of ~20.83M units at C$0.24/unit.The company expects to close the financing on Mar.31.Each Unit is comprised of one share and one share purchase warrant wherein warrant holder is entitled purchase one additional share at C$0.36 within two years of offer close.Gross proceeds raised will be used for working capital, business development and general corporate purposes.
