FANH - Fanhua appoints Yinan Hu as chairman CEO

The board of directors of Fanhua (NASDAQ:FANH) has announced that with immediate effect, Mr. Yinan Hu, the Founder and a Director of the Co., has been appointed as its Chairman and CEO, filling the vacancy left by the resignation of Mr. Chunlin Wang. As the founder of Fanhua, Mr. Yinan Hu is also the largest shareholder of the Co., currently beneficially owns ~18.6% of the Co.’s outstanding ordinary shares. Mr. Hu served as Chairman of the Board from 1998 to 2017, and CEO from 1998 to 2011.
