FansUnite Entertainment CEO ScottBurton joined Steve Darling from Proactive to share news of apartnership that will result in Stram Entertainment Limited, doingbusiness as BestOdds, acquiring one of the company’s affiliatebrands, BetPrep.

Burton told Proactive the deal will allow thecompany to reduce its operating expenses immediately and unlock newrevenue synergies. Stram will pay FansUnite a 30% revenue share for 36months.
