Geely Holding Group (GELYF) says it is talks with Foxconn (FXCOF) to provide contract manufacturing services to electric vehicle maker Faraday Future in China. Geely also said that it is a minority investor in Faraday's future listing through a SPAC merger with Property Solutions Acquisition Corp. (PSAC). That deal is valued at $3.4B. Shares of PSAC are up 27.67% premarket to $19.70 after a gain of 18.69% yesterday when the SPAC deal was announced.
