ARCHBOLD, Ohio, Sept. 26, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Board of Directors of Farmers & Merchants Bancorp, Inc., (Nasdaq: FMAO) the holding company of F&M Bank, with assets of $3.15 billion at June 30, 2023, today announced that it has approved the Company’s regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.21 per share. The third quarter dividend is payable on October 20, 2023, to shareholders of record as of October 6, 2023.
