FPI - Farmland Partners sells ~$19.9M worth of 7 farms

• Farmland Partners ( NYSE: FPI ) said on Thursday that its several farmland transactions include sale of ~$19.9M worth of seven farms, which helped the company achieve a gain of more than 26%.
• The real estate company that owns and seeks to acquire farmland and makes loans to farmers secured by farm real estate also acquired a farm in Oklahoma for $8.85M.
• The transactions include disposition of more than 2,750 acres of farmland in Nebraska and Florida as well as purchase of a 2,114-acre farm in Muskogee County, Oklahoma.
• The company has disposed of nearly $52.4M of farmland so far in 2023, representing a total gain on sale of $12.8M.
