- On heels of the establishment of FARMMI CANADA INC., a wholly-owned Canadian subsidiary last year , Farmmi ( NASDAQ: FAMI ) notifies on Monday that it has established in the U.S. a new wholly-owned subsidiary, FARMMI USA INC, to deepen the company's international business.
