As previously announced, Andy Wiederhorn will step down as CEO and continue in his role as Chairman of the Board.
Joining FAT Brands in 2021, Mr. Kuick, CFO, and Mr. Rosen, Executive VP of Capital Markets, have both played an integral role in the growth of the company with a focus on strategic growth initiatives, including acquisitions and driving company profitability.
